Short-Form Docs
Let us be your eyes, ears... and brain.
Telling a good story is more than capturing beautiful shots. It's about thinking proactively, collecting bits of a puzzle to make a complete picture.
Whether you're a broadcaster from Japan in need of aerial coverage of an alpine endurance race or a Swiss client with a very precise story to tell, we can help. We make our own mini docs as well as contributing to productions by other outfits.
STEM
Most of our documentary work comes from research institutions... CERN, EPFL, CHUV, UNIGE, tech companies like Nikon Life Sciences. Topics range from particle physics and gene therapy to neuroscience and geology.
We also recently filmed our first full-length documentary on climate change in Switzerland for Science Escape, a collective of researchers.
- Experienced videographers comfortable in lab environments
- Skill at interviewing engineers, scientists, developers and researchers
- Ability to visualize abstract concepts
- Multilingual production capabilities (EN/FR/DE/SE/ES/汉语)
Broadcast & Digital
We've collaborated with major international broadcasters including BBC and NHK, as well as digital giants like Veritasium, the largest science channel on YouTube, and Oobah Butler, a journalist responsible for some of Vice's most viral pieces.
This range of experiences informs our approach even on smaller productions. We think in terms of narrative structure, pacing, and visual storytelling that holds up on any screen.
- Broadcast-standard delivery formats
- Experience with international crews and co-productions
- Editorial rigor and fact-checking discipline
On Location!
Though we're based between Geneva and Lausanne, our videography team have intimate knowledge of Switzerland's diverse landscapes. Alpine glaciers, the watchmaking ateliers of the Juras, urban centers, hidden valleys. We know the permits, the logistics, and when to catch the best light.
But we're also used to working in more unusual locations, from the windswept islets of the Faroes, to the mines in Zimbabwe, Arctic spaceports, and even, less glamorously, high-security psych wards.
- Deep knowledge of Swiss locations and logistics
- Drone permits and mountain filming experience
- International production capability
- Local fixer and crew network for hire
